Feeling Gloomy? How about the kid who owns this bear? As the interviewer points out in the following YouTube, Gloomy (and other characters were created by 森チャック (Mori Chakku) and has taken Japan by storm. You can find his bloody paws in every UFO Catch machine and I was lucky enough to win a giant Gloomy Clock in a Conbini draw a while back so I thought I'd share some of the graphics with you.

*Gloomy, an abandoned little bear, is rescued by Pitty (the little boy). At first, he is cute and cuddly, but becomes more wild as he grows up. Since bears do not become attached to people like dogs by nature, Gloomy attacks Pitty even though he is the owner. So Gloomy has blood on him from biting and/or scratching Pitty. The Gloomy with blood is called Chax Colony Edition.*
